Their mission consists essentially in the restoration of the South palace and the supervision of the local teams and details as follows:

- The stony restoration in sand-stone: sticking, "goujonnage", put back to level

- Cutting new elements

- Reassembly of the first door, including posts and girders of the north entrance of the South monument

- Complete reassembly of the front wall

The training is also one of their priority, so that the local teams can reproduce the specific techniques in the restoration of ancient buildings, according to the peculiarities from environment and materials used (here essentially some sand-stone in a warm / wet environment).
